Anchor Health Properties Earns 2022 Great Place to Work Certification™ For Second Consecutive Year
Anchor is proud to be a 2022 Certified™ Great Place to Work® organization. This prestigious award given by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviors, is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Anchor Health Properties. This year, 92% of employees said Anchor is a great place to work – compared to 57% of employees at the average U.S. company.
“Building a strong company where employees are encouraged to bring their best every day is integral to our growth and success and we are honored to become Great Place to Work Certified for the second time,” shared Ashley Feero, SHRM-CP, Vice President of Human Resources & Partner with Anchor. “Our talented, knowledgeable team members are our secret sauce here at Anchor, and our priority is to provide a creative, fulfilling, and collaborative employee experience every day, while creating value in the communities where we live and work. We owe our success and this recognition to Anchor’s entire team of dedicated employees.”
Over 75 percent of Anchor Health Properties’ employees completed the program's signature Trust Index© Survey that covered a variety of workplace quality experiences, including employee pride in the organization's community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. In a testament to the company’s commitment to authenticity and inclusion:
- 94 percent of employees feel welcome when first joining Anchor.
- 93 percent of employees feel they are given a lot of responsibility.
- 97 percent of employees believe management is honest and ethical in its business practices.
Companies who receive this prominent certification have proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation to their industries, while job seekers of such companies are 4.5 times more likely to find a supportive manager. Additionally, employees at Certified™ workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work on a daily basis and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earning a just share of their company’s profits with strong opportunities for continued promotion.
Achievement of Great Place to Work certification is the latest in several prominent workplace recognitions Anchor has received in 2022. Earlier this year, the company was named an Inc. Best Workplace, a Fortune Best Small WorkplaceTM, and a Fortune Best Workplace in Real Estate, as well as recognized on the Inc. 5000 list for the second consecutive year.
