Anchor Health Properties, a firm that for nearly 40 years has been devoted exclusively to medical outpatient buildings and specialty healthcare facilities, actually evolved from a retail development company – an evolution that had much to do with our becoming a very different kind of healthcare real estate company, and leader in the industry.
